📩 1. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If not received within 24 hours, please contact us with your full name and order number.

2. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-wear items: 2–5 business days

  • Custom/Bespoke items: 10–21 business days (depending on complexity)

🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

We use trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery.

  • Urban areas: 2–4 working days

  • Outlying areas: 4–7 working days

⚠️ We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or incorrect shipping details.

🔁 4. Returns & Exchanges

❌ No refunds. ✅ Exchanges accepted for ready-to-wear items only:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • You can exchange for a different size or receive a store voucher

🔒 Custom/Bespoke items are final sale 📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We will review and offer a replacement or store credit

6. Order Cancellation
